Strange behavior with image size

Description

My screen resolution-1600x900.

1.I have image-615x1024 for example. 2.Open it with programm and go to fullscreen(F11). 3.Turn image to left(Ctrl+[),to horizontal orientation.Image fill full screen,thougt it is smaller that screen. 4.Move to next image. 5.Return to previous image. 6.It have horizontal orientation,but not fill full screen.Has it's real size.

Strange behavior.
