Option to Hide Title Bar

Not sure if this is possible but suggesting to add the ability to allow the windows header/title bar to toggled on/off.
The media player application "MPV" allows for something like this if an example is needed.
This can be added in Menu Bar - View drop down with the other view toggle settings.
Also would like to suggest this to be added to the hotkey list accels.scm file as well
