Remove hard coded actions from arrow keys

Suggesting to remove any hard coded actions from specific hotkeys.
The main ones I have noticed so far have to do with the arrow keys.

Left = Previous Image
Right = Next Image

Up = Previous Image
Down = Next Image

These actions appear to be hard coded to the arrow keys, which prevents user from being able to assign different actions to the arrow keys in the "accels.scm" file.
I assume this could be due to the "Thumbnail Viewer Bar" but should not matter because the thumbnail highlights adjust with both sets of arrow keys mentioned above.
