Allow user to choose action linked to mouse scroll wheel

Currently the mouse scroll wheel is hard coded to cycling between next and previous images.
This may not be desired by some users.
Suggesting to add a setting that would allow user the ability to choose which action is linked to MSW.
Drop down or radio button
-Off
-Next/Previous image
-Zoom In/Out (would go well with this request #135)

Do not think developers will want to add the ability for user to be able to choose each action linked to each modifier key Ctrl/Shift/Alt + MSW
so maybe, if user sets MSW action to "Zoom In/Out" can then make Ctrl+MSW = Next/Previous image, so basically the hotkeys will be swapped.
So if
MSW = Zoom In/Out
then
Ctrl+MSW = Next/Previous image
