Setting to make open in fullscreen automatically

I know this could be done with command option itself using -f or --fullscreen.
But suggesting (if it is possible) to add an on/off toggle check box in
Preference - Fullscreen
to allow users to set this graphically as well.
(Not sure if this will cause conflicts with the command option?)
