When in fullscreen mode make toolbar act as an overlay

When in fullscreen mode, when toolbar becomes visible it ends up shifting the current image down.
(Have not thought about fully, so this might cause other issues) Suggesting to make the toolbar be an overlay when in fullscreen mode so that it just shows up on top of the image rather than shifting it down.
