Change seek from 10 seconds to 5

Seeking by keyboard left and right keys are set to 10 seconds, while the standard time for most players is 5 seconds, so it would be good to do this. Ideally this default should be modifiable in the settings dialog. I personally prefer change it to 3 seconds in the players I use.
