Reduce hide time of playback control panel in fullscreen mode

When in fullscreen mode, the playback control panel stays on screen for 5 seconds before disappearing and this should be reduced.

Youtube: 2 seconds
SMPlayer: 2 seconds
VLC: ~1 second
