## Description
The open file dialog does not remember its size if it was changed - this is ultra-annoying. Aren´t you using Parole yourself? If you just use it for one hour you will see how this kind of sloppiness in a GUI annoys users away - everybody has files with large names and having to change the size of the open file dialog every time is really more kind of a masochist game. Please at least try to use your own software for one week before releasing it to the public, thank you very much!https://gitlab.xfce.org/apps/parole/-/issues/41Rapidly cycling through tracks bungles up playlist titles2021-02-07T16:00:42ZBugzilla MigrationRapidly cycling through tracks bungles up playlist titles## Submitted by woob

Comparison of a playlist before and after bunglement
When cycling through multiple tracks in rapid enough succession, the title of one track the user skips over will be copied to the title of the following tracks, resulting in the tracks' listings displaying an incorrect name in the playlist panel.
The track finally skipped-to will show the wrong title for just a moment, before fixing itself. As well, going back to said bungled tracks (without mashing the the next/prev buttons) will fix the titles. The issue occurs regardless of whether shuffle is on.
This has been tested with version 0.9.2 as well as the most recent git version as of posting.

## Description
When the cursor is held over the three leftmost buttons on the control panel (Previous Track, Pause/Play and Next Track) for five seconds, the control panel will disappear.
However, in my experience, the control panel seems to remain open indefinitely with the cursor held over any other control elements on the panel (Progress slider, Volume, Full Screen, and Show/Hide Playlist)
This behavior also disregards whether said buttons are being pressed. For example, while clicking through multiple tracks in a playlist without moving the cursor, the control panel may disappear on the user.

## Description
Dear Sirs and Madam.
In Parole there's an option to clear the playlist when exiting.
It would be nice to have a similar option for the recent files list.
Personally I'd prefer this within the recent files menu,so it would look like this (entries re-translated from German):
Media --> Recent Files -->
- File 1
- File 2
- File n
-- (separator)
- Clear recent files
- Always clear on exit [] (checkbox)
Of course I'd like this option not only with Parole but with every program using a recent file list (for each - NOT global) if You could forward to known developers.
Thanks in advance and keep up the good work.

Current display of audio by Parole + concept display of audio for Parole
Currently when playing audio files, Parole displays a rather small image of the album art embedded to it. Therefore, it would be aesthetically pleasing if the artwork had the ability to take up more space (i.e. image expands with Parole's window size).
Attached are two images: one of what Parole currently displays, and a concept of an optional display for Parole based on what this feature request would try to implement.

## Description
Opening a DVD ISO file works when you open it from the File->Open menu, but not if you give it as a parameter for Parole, eg.
`parole filename.iso`
Effects Pasi Lallinaho on Parole 0.7.0 with Xubuntu 14.10.
Effects MatthewAllen on Parole 0.8.1 with Ubuntu 15.10.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Terminal
2) `$ parole test.iso`
Expected Result: The ISO opens and begins playing.
Actual Result: Parole opens but does nothing.

## Description
Pre-conditions:
- Fresly installed Xubuntu 14.04 with all available updates installed (as of 2014-06-08)
- Have packages necessary for DVD playback installed
Use-case:
1. insert DVD -> Parole is automatically started
2. click Play
3. try to interact with Parole
Result:
- DVD playback works (with subtitles) in Parole window
- None of the controls in the Parole screen work
- Resizing Parole window doesn't resize video playback and switching to another window and back leaves garbage to Parole window (to the area not overwritten by video playback)
- If in windowed mode, clicking on window close button gives error about Parole not responding to input i.e. GUI side is completely frozen as it doesn't even respond to WM_PING messages
