Problem with recurrent monthly events

Create an event that happens, say, on July 31, recurrent every month. Months that are shorter than 31 days are simply skipped in the calendar. IMHO, the calendar should at least give a warning (at the time of creation) that this will happen, and maybe suggest alternatives, e.g., change schedule to last day of month, or to 28th of month. Similarly, Feb 29 birthday will "happen" only once in four years.
