Search bar tweaks

Here are some small tweaks to modernize the look & feel of the search bar:

• Remove unneeded labels
• Use symbolic icons
• Switch position of Next/Previous (as seen in Gedit and Firefox)

Any thoughts on using symbolic icons globally (toolbar, menus)? Personally, I would be against it unless it is optional.

I remember trying it quickly when I was working on !25 (merged) (for the toolbar I think), and finding it too basic and too black and white. As much as I find that the modification you made on the search bar goes in the right direction, I too would be opposed to a systematic use. As an option, why not, I don't have a strong opinion...

I'm also not for using symbolic icons everywhere. I don't think we should even do it as an option unless a lot of users really want it, or maybe if it is decided that all Xfce apps are going to do this.
