Remove xfconf dependency

A dependency on xfconf (30d3b602) was introduced to obtain the system font set by the user. Starting with xfce4-settings 4.16 this property will be synced with gsettings (xfce/xfce4-settings@44af4388), so we should be able to directly read it.
