[PATCH] Remove GTK+2 Support

Description
As discussed elsewhere, if we want to drop GTK+2 support, I've made a commit that does that:

If we want to do it, probably the sooner the better to find any bugs introduced. I have to talk to someone about getting my SSH key fixed so I just put it on my Github mirror for now.
