Open in Viewer Mode from command line

I want to use Mousepad as a read only text viewer, which there are almost no programs for. Two suggestions for further improvement: 1) the ability to open in Viewer Mode from command line and 2) some visual hinting that the editor is in Viewer Mode, maybe even a slight change in background. Keep up the great work!
