Default shortcuts for switching between tabs

Many programs use Ctrl+Tab to move to the next tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to move to the previous one, so it would be a good idea to have these in Mousepad.

Currently, the default shortcuts are Ctrl+Page_Down and Ctrl+Page_Up. It would be good to have both combinations at the same time, as is already implemented in Thunar, so that users who are used to the old ones can continue to use them.

Mousepad uses a different implementation of actions and keyboard shortcuts from thunar and xfce4-terminal, and it is not currently possible to have multiple shortcuts for the same action. It's probably not impossible to implement (since glib/gtk allow it in the background), but it might take a bit of work.

If it is difficult to implement having two shortcuts at the same time, an easier way to do it could be to duplicate the entries in the list (duplicating the code, but with a different name so that they do not interfere with each other) of the functionalities that would have more than one shortcut. It would look like this:

"Functionality 2": Shortcut b

"Functionality 10 - Primary shortcut": Shortcut j
"Functionality 10 - Secondary shortcut": Shortcut k
...
"Functionality 20": Shortcut m
"Functionality 21": Shortcut n

Oh I suppose there's something more "native" than that to do :)
