Enhancement: Remove one pixel gap between vertical scrollbar and window edge

When needing to scroll with a mouse when Mousepad window is maximized, it's easier for me to quickly move mouse to right edge of screen than "aim" for scrollbar. In Thunar and Terminal, for example, pressing mouse button when it is at rightmost pixel of screen selects scrollbar, while in Mousepad there seems to be one pixel gap. Ergonomic issue.
