Question / feature: line-by-line scrolling

Could an optional non-smooth / line-by-line scrolling behavior be implemented?

Looks like this depends on gtksourceview4. Would this require a request to upstream, first?

To me, locking scroll to full lines would make a lot more sense than the current smooth scrolling, particularly given that I like to edit config files, CSV files and the like with Mousepad (also, using a monospace font there anyway).
