Copy action scrolls view to cursor position

Selecting some text, scrolling away and then copying the selection will trigger mousepad_view_scroll_to_cursor. I noticed that Gedit and Geany do not expose this behavior.

What made me look into this was the fact that Mousepad scrolls all the way up to the top when copying the whole text selection (Select All).
