When double clicked on file mousepad opens the file in background if mousepad already opened

Hello!

If mousepad is already opened/running then double clicking on a file opens the file in background without any indication of file been opened.

Mousepad should open the file in foreground (in front of the user) much like what happens when file is double clicked and mousepad isn't already opened/running

$ ../custom-builds/bin/mousepad -v
