catfish cannot search for keywords using logical AND

Feature request for catfish 1.4.13 on Xubuntu 20.04 LTS

There's no option to search for results which will "Match all keywords": Searching for bash and script should return less results than searching for script only.

This is less strict than "Match results exactly" which will return results only if they match the exact order of keywords.
