Problem with the 'Other' icon in the sidebar

Description
The 'Other' icon under the File Type group in the sidebar uses the preferences-other icon, which is fine for HighContrast and Adwaita icon themes, but problematic for icon themes that don't have 16px icons for it (elementary-xfce, Humanity), wherein applications-other icon is available as a 16px icon. If there is a means to have the icon first try for applications-other and fallback on preferences-other, that would be a suitable fix.
