[Feature Request] Add a status bar at the bottom

I know may go against the look of the program (gnome style), but would it be considered to add a status bar to the bottom of the window?
This gives a nice visual stopping bar before bottom of window.
This then would also provide a place to show the "# of files found" text, rather than having to show it in a tag on top of the results pane at the bottom right corner of the window.
