CLI option for close-after-select

There should be an option for the command line to override the setting for "close-after-select" in the GUI preferences.

This could be useful when launching catfish from the whisker menu, or another context in which the user is seeking one particular file. When launching the standard catfish GUI, however, the user wants to view all matches.
