Hotkey to transfer focus from search field to result pane

Feels like should be able to hit something like the “Down Arrow” to transfer focus from the search field to the result pane. I was also thinking maybe “Tab” key but both of these appear to shift focus to other GUI elements, so these would probably cause conflicts, but seem like they would be useful. I would say allow for custom hotkeys but this program I don't think has enough hotkeys for a setting to be added for this. Anyways, if anyone has any ideas of an efficient hotkey that could achieve this or maybe one already exists that I am unaware of?
